John Wayne Hotel

These rooms are distributed in the following way: 1 Presidential Suite with sea view, 1 Suite John Wayne with a 50 m 2 balcony, 3 double rooms with sea view, 9 double rooms without view to the sea, 4 apartments, 3 cabins with a double bed, 3 cabins with twin beds.

Notes: Drinks are not included. The transportation by boat from Punta Chame to the island including the entrance to the "city of the West", roundtrip is US $10.00 per adult and $5.00 per child. The boat leaving at 2: 00 pm Check In: 3: 00 p.m., Check Out: 1: 00 p.m.

Taborcillo




Isla Taborcillo (also called John Wayne Island) is a small private island off the coast of the Pacific Panama. Situated 40 km from the city of Panama and 4 km from Punta Chame along the Panamanian
It was owned for a time of American John Wayne film actor . After the death of the actor in 1979 it passed to his heirs. Since 1997 in property of the Austrian businessman Ralph Hübner, owner of the publication Who's Who. Also sold plots of land on the island to persons whose data are included in "Who's who".


The island has a resort, hotel and theme park, and is holiday destination of European and American tourists. The illegal extraction of sand in the area led to the gradual loss of surface of the island; It is estimated that in recent years the island has lost 22000 square meters, a 10 per cent of the total.
